Indian Desert – HALWA – Jaipur Cooking Class

This recipe comes from my “home cooking class in Jaipur

Ingredients

1 bowl wheat flour

1 bowl ghee 

1 bowl sugar

1 bowl of water

Some dry fruits (as per your liking)

It’s optional

How to Cook – Halwa

Heat ghee in a pan, add wheat flour and fry till it turns into brown colour. Now add water to it and keep on stirring till the water blends with the flour and ghee. Finally add sugar & keep on stirring till the sugar grains blends well. Remove the pan from heat & serve hot garnished with dry fruits.
